In recent years the State has made a great breakthrough, where an Individual who's been granted the DD-waiver may choose to live with a family member under the Family Caregiver model. We understand there are many things to consider when selecting the right setting in an agency for you and your loved one. At Lighthouse Residential, we will be with you every step of the way, ensuring that not only your loved one is getting the best care but, you are as well. Lighthouse Residential offers all Family Caregivers flexible, free of charge, in house training. Lighthouse Residential will also schedule a time to come to you for collection of monthly paperwork. Host Home - At Lighthouse Residential, we have many Host Homes throughout the Denver metro and surrounding areas. Our homes are checked on a monthly basis, ensuring our Individuals health and safety. We strive to find happy long-term placements, where friendships and trust can grow. Our Host Homes are person centered, and gravitate to a more family oriented setting. |
